Hydro-Québec is responsible for the grid up to the connection point. The mast, service head, meter base and everything after them belong to the owner and must be repaired by a master electrician.
We first find out whether the problem is on Hydro-Québec’s side or on your installation. Then we repair it, replace the meter base or mast if needed, and follow up with Hydro-Québec for the reconnection.
