RBQ licence
RAD Contractor inc. holds RBQ licence 5849-0301-01. In Quebec, a contractor must hold a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec to carry out construction work, including electrical work.
You can check our licence anytime in the RBQ licence holder registry.
Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec
We are members of the CMEQ, the corporation of electrical contractors in Quebec.
Insurance
RAD Contractor inc. carries liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request, especially for property managers and general contractors.
Code compliance
Our work follows the Quebec Construction Code, Chapter V – Electricity. When regulations require it, we file the declaration of work and coordinate with Hydro-Québec.
Territory
Our electrical work is done in Quebec. In Ottawa, we only offer network cabling.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are free for projects. For troubleshooting or an emergency, a travel and diagnostic fee applies and is announced on the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac and cash.
